Jianing Gao obtained his Ph.D. degree in bioinformatics from University of Science and Technology of China under the supervision of Prof. Qinghua Shi. He constructed a comprehensive mouse and human testicular cell atlas and developed a high-performance reference mapping method for transcriptome datasets. Jianing joined the Li lab in 2024. He is currently interested in building computational methods to deconvolve lineage information from in situ in vivo dataset. In his free time, he is addicted to programming and playing soccer.
